Skip this introduction and go straight to: Alphabetical List of Individuals

Introduction
One of the wonderful things about the World Wide Web is that it allows people to share information in ways that were never possible before. In recent years a number of websites have emerged, some public (and free) and some commercial (most notably Ancestry.com), which permit users to search for and download and/or print digitized copies of original or microfilmed documents. Inspired by sites such as these, and animated by a desire to share what I have learned with my fellow researchers, I have digitized all the family history documents that I have accumulated over a period of nearly forty years. I am now making them available online, for free (provided they are used for personal, non-profit purposes only).

Document Types
The documents you will find here are principally photocopies of original deeds, wills, marriage records, and military and pension records that I acquired over the years from a variety of sources including county courthouses, state archives, and the National (Federal) Archives. None of these document were acquired from any commercial genealogy site (although some might also be available from a commercial site) and most, if not all, are not available at any other site so far as I know. Any documents that can be acquired elsewhere are so indicated and a link provided.

How to Access the Documents
Simply click on the name of the individual in whom you are interested from the list below. The link will take you to another webpage where you may download and/or print documents that are presented as PDFs. If you do not already have an Adobe PDF reader incorporated into your web browser, you may obtain one for free from the Adobe website.
