Miscellaneous Accomplishments
In the mid-1990s, I initiated the placement of two Texas Historical Commission historical markers in Cameron County, Texas and wrote the historical
summary from which the text of each marker was derived. Both sites have a connection with the history of the U.S.-Mexican War of 1846-1848.
