The following is a list of Eutaw Rangers who died in service. Unless noted otherwise, they were buried at the place where they died.
  1. Abram Flinn, Corporal, died in a steamboat explosion on the Black Warrior River, on his way home after being discharged on the Rio Grande 20 December 1846 on a certificate of disability (buried at Eutaw, Alabama) See GRAVE PHOTO.
  2. George W. Schoppert, Musician, died at Camargo, Mexico, 22 November 1846
  3. James F. Archibald, Private, died at New Orleans, Louisiana, 27 May 1847
  4. William A. Bell, Private, died at Matamoros, Mexico, 25 December 1846 (buried at Eutaw, Alabama) See GRAVE PHOTO.
  5. Cicero L. Kirksey, died at Camargo, Mexico, 13 September 1846
  6. Alexander McNeil, Private, died at Point Isabel, Texas, date uncertain (probably late 1846 or early 1847)
  7. Peter, a slave (body servant of Captain Moore), died at Camargo, Mexico, October 1846
