South Side WPA Pergola

South Side WPA PergolaThis concrete pergola, constructed by the WPA (Work Projects Administration) in 1940, is a twin or "mirrow image," so to speak, of the pergola overlooking the "grassy knoll" on the north side of Dealey Plaza. This side of the plaza is rarely visited. However, it is a good spot from which to take photographs of the historic site.
