The Crafts Village, located between the Food and Fiber Buidling and the Pan American Livestock Arena, is an area, as its name implies, where craftsmen can set up their stalls during the annual State Fair. The small mural inside one of its porticos (see photo below) has been attributed to Carlos Ciampaglia but is more likely the work of Hector Serbaroli.
